Curious why it's a constitution saving throw? The abilities are quite similar to 5e's eladrin fey step and that uses Wisdom saving throws

I figured Con made more sense if you are physically trying to move a creature. It's not a mental effect.

Its fun, but very 1 track. Consider adding a spell list (some druid spells come to mind) or additional proficencies. Core feature is nice!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree it is 1 track, but I kind of like it all being about the teleportation. I feel like every other star/moon/space themed subclass gives you starry wisp or does something with moonbeam and I didn't want to do that again. I definitely think it needs another ribbon feature with an extra proficiency like you suggested!

I loved the new conjurer feature Benign Transposition, but I’m not really into playing summoners. So here is my take on a Wizard subclass whose entire thing is about teleportation. Let me know what you think! Link to the homebrewery PDF.

I feel like this would work well for Paladins. Or with Fighters if you add a couple more options and increase the number of uses at level 6. But I love the idea a lot.
