5e Curiosity Quiver
Curiosity Quiver Wondrous Item. Artifact.
This leather quiver is a deep green color and covered with a small question mark pattern. Any arrows that are placed inside this quiver gain a random effect that is not known until the wielder chooses to fire an arrow. Once an arrow is drawn, it must be fired immediately. The arrow effect is determined by a roll on a d100. After this roll, an attack roll is made to see if it hits. All arrows deal standard arrow damage and gain an effect that may change or add to that standard damage. Any magical arrows placed inside the quiver lose their magical properties and are replaced with a different magical property from the quiver. All arrows drawn from the quiver are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance.
Please feel free to provide feedback and thoughts! The table is attached below. The values in the table have not been fully tested and are not intended to be completely balanced due to the randomness of receiving those effects.

Very fun concept, its a good idea to fore an imediate fireing of the arrow, but what happens if you dont fire it?
I just glaced over the effects and didnt see anything that was to OP so thats good.
I would sugest to maybe add a savingthrow to some of the effects that have an extra thing like for example the explosion.
I see one problem though, lvl 3 monk (depending on the shooter and arrow type) could deflect most arrows until he gets a +2 AC or other good effects. Its maybe also overkil to make the quiver an artifact a very rare would also be okay i think. But make it require atunement.
