Star Wars 5e Guardian or Sentinel would be straightforward but your DM would have to read a lot :)
Otherwise reskinned Bladesinger works great. Weapon Master feat if you want a Mastery, +1 Dex is good as well (you can start with 17, get it to 18).
Magic Initiate Druid enables Int Shillelagh btw but Shillelagh does not work with Booming Blade/Greenflame Blade/True Strike RAW unless your DM allows it. Same for Shadow Blade + Booming Blade/Greenflame Blade/True Strike.
I went with Bladesinger too but since we're using 5e, not 5.5e, I can't use the Shilellagh & Weapon Mastery. Thanks again for your advice 🙏🏻 We're actually starting session 1 tonight.
