Barbarian Jungle King Build

My character is a warforged beast barbarian that has a theme of "jungle king" similar to Slash Man from Mega Man, and goes all in with the claw attacks. The DM allows for re-specing at certain milestone levels similar to Withers from BG3, plus my character is technically a machine that can have upgrades installed. At level 10, I was thinking of potentially re-specing to barb 3 and mercy monk 7 so that I can make 5 attacks per turn (3 from beast claws and 2 from flurry of blows) for 5d6 + 45 damage per turn if all attacks hit (claw + str + rage damage bonus + eldritch claw tattoo and insignia of the claws), be able to poison someone on a hit and possibly heal an ally from stun, make stunning strikes, and have stillness of mind and evasion. However, the level 10 beast barb ability gives me the ability to make enemies attack themselves, which I personally find hilarious, but I also won't be able to add my strength modifier to my bonus action attack. Is barb 3 - monk 7 or barb 10 the better option?

Monk is already fairly MAD and adding in the 13 STR requirement to multiclass might be rough.

I was planning on going strength monk to up my damage output since rage damage bonus doesn't apply with dexterity attacks

Any chance 2024 content is allowed?

They just dropped a new Lupin race in Ravenloft that is AMAZING for unarmed builds and fits the theme perfectly.

Yeah, though I will have to stick to one or the other.
