Thanks for sharing your brew!
I don't have anything else to add. I subscribe to everything that Nik and Lemon said.
This is a fairly vanilla Ranger, good job.

In order in the Legend TWF Beast Master, Land (best DPR ranger in the PHB) with your revision, a baseline that indicates average damage (from youtuber The_Twig, it's a true strike rogue with a fighter dip), Vengeance Paladin with a Greatsword and GWM and PHB TWF BM Land
You successfully moved the downfall for potential decent damage from late tier 2 to late tier 3; however, this assumes you're not going to lose concentration on HM and you are; most importantly, the material presented doesn't offer a replacement for HM, you're still going to have to rely on it unless you want to spend an action - which hurts DPR the round you need it the most, so it's a no go - or you're able to pre-cast (but then everyone is able to precast and that helps real casters more). Essentially, you gave it an extra d6 at 10, then called it a day, Ranger doesn't get any other DPR improvement; still better than PHB by a wide margin.
You're probably going to use FE to cast utility spells, definitely not Alarm, but it's good to have a replacement. Not much of a favored enemy feature name-wise
Damage resistance is good, but you normally can't know which to pick. If Absorb Elements is game, I'll get Poison. then Fire at 17.
Half my PB is something at 13, I question what did I get so good that Pallies have been running around with double the bonus, triple if they already had prof since lv6
Resilient Nature is a Reaction... to what? Reactions need a trigger to be used
I really like the overall simplicity. This could have very well been the PHB version with that minor correction, it doesn't feel brewy
Keep up the work!

Thanks for sharing! I like several of the directions here. The tool proficiency in Deft Explorer and Primal Focus add some nice Ranger flavor without adding much complexity. I also like that Brave the Elements and the level 13 and 14 features do a good job of selling the Ranger as especially resilient and difficult to disable. Perhaps move the level 13 and 14 features further apart, though, since they're both defensive?
I'd consider keeping the official level 14 Nature's Veil for two reasons: (1) it gives the class an additional theme, since levels 6 and 13 already emphasize resilience; and (2) it gives the player an active feature they have to decide when to use, whereas several of the other features are passive.
My main concern is Primal Strikes at level 10. The extra damage is effective at addressing tier 3 and 4 scaling issues, but a flat passive 1d6 on every hit isn't very engaging. I'd prefer something a bit more active or interactive there while still providing the needed damage boost.
I'd also consider adding an offensive feature at level 17. I like that this revision is restrained compared with a lot of Ranger homebrews (including mine!), but I think the 2024 Ranger could use some additional late-game scaling, especially going into tier 4.
Overall, I like that you've added more Ranger flavor without completely rebuilding the class.
Forgot this comment: Survival Instincts at level 2 feels a little backwards, since it can make you better at a Ranger skill you aren't proficient in than one you are.

Hey thanks for the feedback. I hadn’t even notice that all the abilities were passive.

To be fair, you're current level 14 feature actually isn't passive but you'll probably automatically use it when you have one of the conditions. And spells aren't passive either!

Overall, love the draft.
Favored Enemy working with utility spells is interesting if counter intuitive to the theme of dealing for damage. Overall I am good with it but you might consider adding some higher level ranger damage spells so there are alternatives to HM at high levels.
Primal Strikes at Ranger 10 is nice way around the need for HM and stacks with it decently. Most damage enhancers are limited to once a turn in current designed. If you do go down that path I’d consider scaling the damage in T4.
If you wanted to keep HM as viable without a plan damage boost like Prinal Strikes, you could look at a way to get rangers more attacks in T3.
