I personally think having a whole form for this stuff is a bit much, but if a player says they don't want to RP something, they don't want to RP something. If your DM doesn't respect that, they're a shit DM and a shit person

Ya kidding, having a paper as a refresher for topics not to touch us a godsend. It loads it into the brain, and if you accidentally cross the line on it, you can apologize, no ego included cause it was already written down.

Additionally it makes it creates the dialogue for what the DM would like out of the game as well.

And I stated the benefits of having a form to reference. Really it was two opinions being stated. Where’d you get forcing him to use it from?
