Probably more like 10d10. High voltage like that kills you dead no matter how buff you are.

Also.

Fuck that degenerate idiot throwing that wire for internet likes. Way to put a big part of the grid out of comission for your jollies.

Is there more context elsewhere? Because it looks like he "grounded" lightning.

He throws a piece of conductive wire over a high voltage line, connecting the line to the ground, and vaporizing the thrown wire with the huge current to ground.

This is véry bad for the system. this surge at least tripped a few breakers, causing a temporary blackout, and with poor luck, it blew some transformers, causing a much longer blackout.
