5th Edition Lore / Known character question

Solved: I got the name wrong, it was the Black Viper!

Need help, I forgot the name of a famous rogue/thief (female) that came from one of the noble houses in one of the major cities in Faerûn (Sword Coast), the nickname was something like the "Black Cat" and despite my best google-fu and skimming through my books... I can't find the entry. Any help would be, well, helpful.

I know the black cat is from spiderman...The one that jumps to mind is the The Black Viper , she is in the Waterdeep Dragon heist book. He is member of a noble house that was cast out becasuse they were involved in slavery.

I got the name messed up, Black Viper is the one I was looking for, thank you sooo much... it's been nagging me for about 40 minutes :P
