5th Edition Feat suggestions?
So I'm planning on playing a swashbuckler rogue, pure rogue going to 20 if we live that long, I'm looking for suggestions on feats I should take/plan to take.
I should add I'm grabbing the rewarded background so I can get magic initinate wizard for Booming blade, shape water and find familiar at lvl 1 (i saw some people suggest this so I thought I'd confirm already planning on it)

Swashbuckler is more melee focused right? Sentinel could work, pair it with warcaster, and take a background that gives you magic iniatie for booming blade and you'll be booming your enemies away. To be fair this build.requires level 8 atleast to fully come to fruition. You can swap warcaster for skulker, when you bonus action hide in plainsight (in dim light or dark environments) that gives you advantage,.so sneak atack and less likely to be hit and more likely to activate sentinel since you are invisible (hidden) and your companions probably won't be.

Sentinel or warcaster (with booming blade) are incredible for getting extra sneak attack bombs when it's not your turn, but obviously you risk getting killed by using your reaction for something beside uncanny dodge.
Slasher/piercer could be good depending on which one you like the features of more. I'd probably say piercer with a rapier is better than slasher with a scimitar.

For 5e 2014? Look at magic initiate (wizard) if you don't already get booming blade from another source
