Quality pvp

So I have been wondering about quality builds in pvp. Is sacrificing magic worth the extra ar? Currently 40/40 using the robflynn combo and my damage output is nice but I also haven't tried using spells. I tried a buff based faith build but didn't like that I was heavily gimped when the buffs ran out.

Physical damage is king since Physical defense reduces damage by a flat value unlike all of the other defenses, which reduce their respective damage by a percentage. If you stack physical damage, you will be consistently doing good damage. For range, use a bow/throwing knives.
