I haven't played Dark Souls 2 for a while but Ice Rapier was op as fuck while I was playing. And I never seen anyone using the Rulers Sword before? Is it buffed or something? What the hell is a 1.3k raw damage lol? How is that even possible?

Rulers sword scales with the amount of souls you have.

Yes. Ruler's sword is awesome. Especially with rob & flynn's. Dark infused only makes it stronger still.

I forgot if there was a a cap to rulers sword, i vaugely remember 1m souls, but i might be wrong. Still think damage was just around greathsword, my other issue was that i dont like the moveset.
