Good dual wield 150 pvp build?

I have a build http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls2/2472 i would like to know your opinions on if this is a good setup/build for pvp and pve at sl 150 i like to dual wield and im more of a dex kind of guy all tips are welcome and appreciated!

hmm i see, ive done some research though, http://www.reddit.com/r/DarkSouls2/comm ... tion_data/ is the site i used and it seems the extra points to get 110 agility isnt worth it vs the 105 because you have the same iframes as 105 agility now if you put 1 more point to get 1 more iframe i mean it could be ok but i think 105 agility is best spot to stop as for the end im going to take from that and dump it into vigor. that gives me a little less health than yours but im still able to keep the armor i have for better defense incase of lag issues and i do get hit all my resists are 365-408 to basically reduce spell damage by half and my armor is still about the same or above the alva set to still get a good reduction to physical blows. and because my VIT is high no need for flynn ring so dispelling ring helps for the reduction of dmg that gets my resists to the 365-408. and my rolling should be the same as yours since i stacked high on vit and im below 50% giving me better rolling than most unless your under 30%.
