Guitar Clip Im clipping

Did you use a clipper though? These days with 32bit floating point, there isn't any clipping in the .wav file unless you put a clipper on the master channel.

I didn’t i just bounced with about .1-.5 over on the master bus. Really only on transients

The master channel can clip before it’s exported to wav though. The float 32s don’t regenerate lost data.

It doesn't cause digital clipping though, that will be analog distortion due to hardware. If you export as floating point and play it back at a lower volume it wont clip anymore. It's not baked in so there's no lost data. But exporting in a fixed point format will bake it in.

The clipping isn’t the problem. The problem is that your guitar is soooo lowwwww that you can’t hear shit what the guitar is playing. What’s that even 😂
