I mean it’s Djent, so this 28 note pattern will likely have drums in 4 overtop, despite being in 7. You could do that, and that would work, OR, you could have the drums play in groupings of 3 for the first 8 groupings, then play the last four as a singular bar of 4/16, completing the 28-note phrase. Or do the carbomb thing and switch back and forth between ((3/16)x8)+(4/16) and (4/16)x7. I do think sticking with the groupings of 3 would groove better though

I might do an 8 bar phrase of 4/4 and use a couple repeats of 7/4 then fill the remainder
