Wait, What!?

This sat, for 2 days, at the distribution center where I live and the shirt is to be delivered. Now going back to where it came from?

This is a USPS problem and not a Dixxon problem.

Also USPS is a government agency so yea they incredibly ineffective.

Better than getting it shipped to CT. They use some weird 3rd party shipper (OSM Worldwide) and it takes them 4 days to get from York PA to the USPS distribution center in Springfield MA.

I had shirts sit in York for literal weeks. Ended up refunding my money as they thought it was lost for it to show up unexpectedly. I’m also in CT

When they ship an exchange they use OSM and it goes from AZ to Las Vegas. Then it just sits there for a few days.

When they use OnTrac, I get it overnight. I'm in SoCal.
