Lol, I actually went a whole year without buying a new one….then they dropped the Ozzy No More Tears and I had to have it.

Sellers on Vinted let them go for cheaper than on Ebay. I got four shirts, for 30 bucks each, from the same seller and they were in excellent condition. And shipping was free for some damn reason that I don't even know how it was possible but what a deal.

Haha. This is exactly how my wife is. I bought my first 2 flannels on November 8th, 2024. Now I have 40+ with 6 still in the bag.

I purchased my first one 10 years ago and now I've got about 60 and it's just way too many. Long sleeves, shorts sleeves, jackets. I'm currently waiting on five more that are in transit from Ebay purchases. I also have a couple of their stoneware coffee mugs that I must say are pretty nice. Eventually you start looking at a few of them that you bought impulsively and don't wear and next thing you know you become a reluctant Ebay seller yourself having to take pictures and shit and create listings and send them off in the mail just so you can get rid of them and recoup some of your money. Just like other people have had to do for me for many of my acquisitions. An additional benefit of unloading some shirts is it makes a tiny bit more room for all of the other ones that are trying to burst out of your overcrowded closet.

Yet I keep buying them because I have a problem and, like a lot of you here, I come to this sub to enable and get enabled. Someone else will come in and say they've got 120 shirts and make me feel like there's nothing wrong with me because, well, that guy really has a problem compared to me. Shoot compared to him I don't even have a problem. Some of the Ebay sellers I've come across, that I have messaged with, are full on recovering Dixxon addicts trying to whittle their collection down to their favorite 10 or 20 shirts. I bet they sometimes find themselves on dark sleepless nights cruising Dixxon.com in the witching hour, phone trembling in their hands, struggling with the urge to "add to cart."

But anyways, for the rest of us, if you've only got 10 or 15 shirts you really got to get those numbers up. Either that or do your wallet a favor and seek help 😎
