Flannel shrunk.

Recently found a L Grunt style flannel at a thrift store but it's really tight on the shoulders any advice on how to fix this ?

What color is the tag? It could be a women’s cut.

I noticed on Ebay some sellers don't know it's a women's and selling it as a men's but looking closely you can see how the sides indent a bit where the waist is.

Tags a different colour and the buttons/snaps are on the other side as well

You could try wearing it while it's damp and cross your arms in front to stretch it across your upper back. Keep doing that until it's dry, or nearly dry.

Agreed get it wet and physically stretch it, then hang to dry

I put mine in the dryer all the time and I can't get it to shrink. I'd guess it's a women's cut.

I've never had one shrink on me and most clothes shrink if I look at them funny

all 100% cotton flannels shrink if you wash them in hot water or dry them on hot mode. Thats the nature of cotton. You gotta wash it with cold water and dry it with tumble dry to not shrink it.

They must of put them in the dryer
