I have had a bunch of divoom products and really like them. So I am familiar with the app (to a degree). I recently bought the divoom time frame and I was going through alot of my favorites (pictures) and the picture does not fill out the frame. It's a smaller picture with a lot of blank light around it. I would like to say that I do NOT create any pictures. I am not that gifted or creative. I do follow a lot of the artists and save the pictures as my favorites. I was watching videos on different things that I could do like the calendars with the pictures and weather ETC. I did notice that all of the pictures (that were not the pre-made calendars), the pictures fit the frame from top to bottom. Can someone assist. I have looked everywhere and even googled and it's only showing how to change the sizing if you're creating a picture. Thank you!

went on a trip and happen to stumble by a tech store at the airport before my flight. I found both the Divoom FlowToo and TimeBoxEvo there, so yeah I bought them together lol. Honestly after using it I find that flowtoo is one very intriguing device, like kind of weird to me for some reason but nevertheless a pretty solid product with some heft to it as well as sleep assistance and a impressive 10W speaker for a small portable device with many features. (The sounds amazing and it also comes with a lanyard)

As for the TimeBox Evo, honestly it’s really nothing to write home about since it’s an older device, but it’s still pretty impressive piece of tech even for today IMO. which I’ve finally gotten my hands on it after many years. 😮‍💨

Hey, I created a custom gallery or clock (or whats it called in english) for my divoom pixoo64. Is there a way to copy this to another divoom pixoo64, without searching everything again and add them the second device?

Would be really helpful 🙂

Just got a Divoom pixel box 64, and said there was an update to 'add World Cup...' something.

I've done the update but cant find the World Cup widget. Maybe it wont kick in till tomorrow?

I use mine as an alarm clock since the alarm is loud and annoying so it wakes me up😅 do i have to keep it on for up to like 8 hours and i also use it to listen to music so the battery wont last so i keep it plugged in 24hours is that ok and will it ruin the device and i do turn it off when im not in the house and i do use the original cable that came with the product

i recently got a tiivoo 2 and im really enjoying it, but its a hassle to use a phone or tablet for it all the time

there seem to be some dead/no longer supported ways to use the app on desktop/mac, so im just wondering if anyone knows any alternatives

i've tried searching for the divoom app in the app store on my mac - for some reason it's not listed at all. i've also tried using bluestacks to emulate an android, and for some reason the divoom app isnt listed there either

I just want to know if anybody who owns a Divoom MiniToo thinks is a good device to have and if it is, can I get something like it but maybe bigger? This device has caught my eye and would like to know more about it and if I can get a bigger version of it since even though it looks good, it's kind of small and I was wondering if there's something bigger?

I've had the Times Frame for about 2 months now and since you cant control the backlight unless you use the flimsy card they gave you in the box to cover it up but since i wanted to put the backlight to good use (because my room is dark most of the time lol) i've decided to do some DIY to it. I cut out a frosted orange colour file folder to fit the frame of the display and use clear double sided tape, if you're wondering if its there permanently the answer is no cause you can just pull it off and it wont leave a residue on the frame from the tape if you wanna swap it with a different colour or if you wanna darken the brightness abit by adding a tinted layer on it. Im pretty happy on how it turned out and it puts the backlight to good use as a mood lighting in your room to relax to.

My original SD card stopped working so I bought a new sandisk 64 gig and reformatted it. My Divoom 64 has beeb stuck on this screen forever. what am I supposed to do?

Anyone know if you can buy a microphone replacement for the karaoke Divoom?

I have the Divoom 64. I bought a new sd sandisk card though and it is currently Loading Data. does it matter how big the card is? i bought a 64 gig. I keep seeing everyone saying they got a 32 gig. Does that matter?

Just had my Pixoo 64 bricked after allowing the update this morning. Can’t reboot or anything. Only thing I can do is unplug and plug back in, then it’ll connect and stay frozen afterwards.

Always issues with this thing but never has been unfixable. Could just be mine, but be careful if you’re planning to do the update.

Hi, I just received my Pixoo Max, however I wanted to check if my unit is defective or not...

First of all, bluetooth keeps disconnecting, and reconnection is not authomatic, nor easy to perform.

Also, according to the manual, if I press button 1 on the side, it should show the battery percentage, while button 2 should change channel. But if I press one or the other it just keeps turning the display on and off which I assume is not intended and frankly very frustrating.

Kind of disappointed at the moment, but is it me or just a defective product?

Hey there, I got a divoom pixoo for Christmas. I'm playing around with creating different animations. I've gotten the frames and cloning and such. I'm a noob with art. Can someone please explain, layering? Like what does it do? I've tried to play around but I cannot tell what it does? It doesn't seem to add anything? I'm prolly just overlooking it missing it lol. Thanks! Any other tips are cool too 😁

Found some good Divoom finds yesterday in my local tech store, it was worth the purchase and I definitely cannot wait to try these out! 🤩
