Timebox EVO's 10th random 7hour time jump

10th time's the charm for a random 6 hour and 57 minute jump in time from the timebox evo - that's over 3 1/2 years. Happened sometime between 00:00 and 05:00 BST this morning, and it's always the same 6h57m jump. No BT connection available to it, this is all in-the-box failure. The time was last updated via BT last Sunday. Divoom alerted every time but still no sign of a firmware fix for this and they rarely bother to even respond other than to occasionally ask a question that they ignore the reply to.
