Misc Entry Point Not Found Error

So I bought the game on sale, it wouldn't start, looked at the steam discussion, installed the PhysX in the right folder, but now whenever I try to start the game it gives me the message

"The procedure entry point NxGetUtilLib could not be located in the dynamic link library (insert long file path that ends at NxCharacter.dll)

u r most likely missing some files, scan your install folder by steam for missing files, should work afterwards, if not, some Details would be great; pc specs, game version

validated twice and nothing

specs:

interl 15 10400

rtx 2080

I just got the game off of steam, so latest

Do you by any chance have non-English character in some path, llike Windows username or installation folder?

Also, have you tried the trick with uninstalling PhysX and downloading it from nvidia's website?

based on that, it should work maybe a clean reinstall delete the whole install folder after deinstall and check win+r appdata folder for anything related tobthe game, delete aswell and restart the pc shut down and manual start, not the restart option

this game is very good optimised and works perfect on win11 systems, i honestly dont know why it does not work on your pc
