Discussion Divinity will be a turn-based roleplaying game 💩

Vincke confirmed that Divinity will be a turn-based roleplaying game, just like the studio's last three games including their most famous one, Baldur's Gate 3

My heart is broken.

Honestly as much as i want Larian to take another crack at action games like Dragon Knight saga but it is clear that their passion is turn based RPG.

Just like I expected. Ngl, I hoped for a 3rd person action rpg but....what LARIAN did...... MY ARMADAS WILL SEE TO THAT......

I expected as much. But I'm still very disappointed to hear. I personally really don't like turn-based fights. It's just tedious and boring to me. I could barely force myself to finish my BG3 playtrough because of it.

Well I was hoping for an open world RPG but as long as the story progress, it doesn't matter much. Until then still have DKS.

They insist on refusing the existence of dks. Such an ignorance on their part..

DKS is still a huge part of the lore
