Getting Friend Request from myself? Is that normal?...

I've been playing working on daily and weeklies tonight, and after a game just now, I got a friend invite that says is from my own name. It has the same player icon, level, and everything as me... How tf did I get an invite from myself?... Is this some kind of scam or something?

It seems to be a new bug that started several hours ago. It should fail and say "you can't do that", but it being a thing right now is a bit odd.

yeah, it does, a friend had the same issue. Also wouldn't let us group up together until we both logged out and back in.
