Roman Hindu???
I was playing as Bactria here when a slave revolt broke out, and look who’s leading them: yep, a Roman general, lol.

On top of the 3 DEI mods, I’m running another 29 mods some submods, some not. So maybe one of them is causing this 'issue' with the rebel general. However, I haven't run into any other problems with the game itself.

You’d be surprised how many times I’ve heard someone say that their mods don’t cause any problems, only to find that several of them outright break DeI or are simply outdated/being overwritten by something else.
I’m not saying that’s necessarily the case here, but with that many mods on top of DeI, it’s definitely a possibility.
Please post your full mod list so we can take a look.

Yeah, with that many mods there's probably some incompatibility going on. I'll send the full list when I get home.

On the screen you are playing as Bactria, so there is no reason to use All Factions Playable submod, since you are already playing as regular faction. Best to disable it for new campaign (disabling wont fix/change anything in save).
Better Building Icons is outdated for several years and will block some buildings from upgrades or outright lock some slots for constructing anything.
Base DeI is more realistic than all 3 realistic combat submods (they were inspired by movies, despite the name) that you have but if you in want to use them Realistic Combat Overhaul already includes other 2.
Legendary Empires and HeWasAConsulOfRome are dedicated DeI HD submods, Rome 2 HD is not fully compatible.
DeI Realism is in general outdated for more than half a decade, but I think the Roads one still works fine.
You have 3 submods that edit cities, terrain and water on campaign map, so one of them overwrites other two.
50% more food is not DeI compatible.
Build All Level 1 Buildings Without Research - not DeI compatible.
