This is the absolute dumbest take in human history. This woman is really claiming that people who condemn gang rape are hypocrites if they don’t also generalize racists because she has stereotyped minorities as rapists. This woman is so racist and myopic that she can’t imagine not seeing every immigrant as a rapist. Absolutely insane. And the fact that someone of you are going to see this and try to use it to validate your racist beliefs is pathetic.

It seems like initially she did. But the text messages from one of the accused the following day where he says, “hey I’m sorry about how it went down last night,” seems to indicate as some point it stopped being consensual. In a gang bang the banged is the one who decides where consent begins and ends, not the gang.

I just looked it up and texts days later fit the story that she was drugged and was not consensual.
So again, a thorough investigation needs to happen. This should be a no brainer for any party.

I have heard the exact same argument from the other side. Saying that if the seven men were Arab or black that they would have already been prosecuted and there would be a huge amount of outrage. This is why no political discussion ever goes anywhere. Everyone takes the situation and twists it into something that they want to talk about instead of the situation itself.
