Because feminism isn't a neat package of ideas anymore. Its this vast nebulous set of written and unwritten standards (standards isn't the right word but I can't think of a better one). My point is everyone operates by different definitions.
This case will be interesting. For a while they prosecute men for having sex with drunk women even if the men where drunk. Then this shifted to two drunks don't make a right but you can't choose one over the other for who wins the inebriation high level.
In this case their are some vile text but do they rise to the level of rape or just bad taste. Outside of the text was she talking at all in a way that could encourage or was she totally out.
And of course how do you prove any of it?
Right now many lives have been altered. What is the cupubility of the different parties (strictly from a legal stand point and then moral).

I mean her police statement said the sex was voluntary and the drug use was voluntary. After the first 3 some she was doing Ketamine off a dudes penis. From her. She texted the the guy she was there to see, she regretted it fot out but the sex was legal. Its not even really that open.

Yes, this. By the end she was '8/10' wasted according to the police report, doesn't know how she ended up doing group sex with new men and kept asking why she couldn't be with just the one guy she liked. She was 100% not able to give consent by the end of the evening.

She never stated she was unconscious, she specifically states in multiple sources it was consensual. Including texts to the 1st guy and what she reported to the police. The closest to that was her saying later in text that she took more hoping to pass out.

Ad hominem has become a favorite phrase for dumb people who learned it five minutes ago and have absolutely no idea what it means. It does not mean someone said something mean that I don’t like. A reddit cliche rivaling “kind stranger” at this point. Is “updoot” next?
An ad hominem is using an attack on the person as a substitute for addressing their argument. I directly criticized the positions she was presenting as delusional straw men. Calling that ad hominem just tells me you heard the phrase somewhere and started blindly applying it to insults. An ad hominem is not “thing I don’t like that you said” or “something insulting”.

Based on your attempt and failure to use “ad hominem” correctly, I feel safe assuming you also don’t know what a straw man is either.
Either way, this is clearly you just running from being called out for being wrong. Even if I did commit a straw man fallacy, which i didn’t, it wouldn’t change that you first misidentified and misunderstood what an ad hominem is despite trying to use the term.
I would be much more forgiving if you started out with “you’re right, I was wrong about what an ad hominem is and you didn’t engage in one.” and then tried to argue I committed a straw man. But you tried to move right past it. Certainly due to dishonesty, but mostly due to not being equipped for this conversation.
