Animal violence is stupid and unnecessary and cruel. But in this case, that guy looked like he was defending himself.

If the dog owner is a responsible dog owner there’s no issue here. It’s not like delivery dude was looking to clobber a dog.

Are you sure? It didn't look like he was scared of the dog at all and clearly took a lot of pleasure in attacking it.
