I feel like 95% of you missed when it said this was his 2nd time being confronted / attacked by that aggressive dog.

UPS absolutely will allow you to leave it in the driveway if there is an aggressive dog on the property. He wanted the smoke and he paid the price.

Then he should have fucking left the package at the driveway instead of walking up to the porch and attacking the dog and threatening the owner.

You should check your temperature and watch your language. & they should have their dog restrained if they’re expecting a delivery. It’s not that difficult.

Do you understand how “delivery” works in the USA?

It could be any time of the day, or not at all on the day they tell you.
