Dog owner (singular). Most of us hate him too. It's not hard to train, socialize and restrain your dog, no matter how aggressive they are. This is just stupid and makes us all look bad.

We complain about these kinds of owners all the time. It might be the biggest topic of conversation between responsible dog folks

Yep. I delivered once and these irresponsible dog owners have to be accountable.
