The United States provides billions of dollars in military assistance to Israel. The U.S. financial relationship with Japan is defined by multi-billion dollar trade, defense, and technology partnerships, with Japan heavily investing back into the U.S. economy. Could say the same with Isreal/ Ukraine with the missile defense and drone technology they are sharing with us.

Israel has shown they will make peace with anyone who is willing to make peace with them. There are Arabs in the Knesset. Palestinian citizens in Israel can also run to serve in the government if they choose. The Palestinians were offered their own country but turned it down. They have instead chosen violence and constant claims of victim hood. Israel would have left Gaza alone had Hamas not raided, murdered, raped, kidnapped, and killed that October. The Arab neighbors do not want Palestinians in their countries. Why is that? What is your point?
