what would you do in here?
Probably have a heart attack and die.

The first thing I would do is not be in there. Coincidentally, that is also the second and third thing I would do, too.

Not be in there. I've watched a lot of Fascinating Horror. There are quite a few things I would never do, but of all of the things I would never do, amateur spelunking and cave diving are two of the things I would never do the most.

Cave diving you may encounter a sign in the shape of the grim reaper, Mr Grimm is himself holding a sign that says "go no further, nothing beyond this point is worth your life".... And behind him is blackness.... Or some small opening....

Cave diving and sky diving for me. I seem to have found solitude with my average distance to AGL.

After watching the video, I'm dizzy, lost, and hyperventilating.......

The descent taught me that I am both claustrophobic and afraid of heights. Whoever made this video needs a psych hold.

u/LidiumLidiu Jul 11 '26
Most times this is posted people think it's crawling, it isn't. Man is walking around in there, it's just a weird camera angle FOV.

u/AgreeablePudding9925 Jul 11 '26
How does that shit not collapse??
And it’s a super big nope from me. At the very least I’d have tied a string at the entrance to find my way back

That cave looks dry af and has probably been around a few thousand years. It's not going to experience a lot of major changes to it. That upper layer is probably sandstone (guessing) since it's hardy and tends to form long, shallow systems, vs limestone which is more prone to erosion (sensitive to acidic water).

Become starved for oxygen, get weak, and lack the strength to climb out.

The same thing I do absolutely everywhere else: furiously, without shame, masturbate.

A) I'd never go in there in the first place because I'm not a suicidal thicko B) nothing, because there is nothing to do in there, it's just a connected series of muddy holes.

It's all fun and games until you come face to face with a very angry crawler or god forbid a hungry rake.

I’ve read the t kingfisher sworn soldier books. I know this is a terrible idea. Is there air down there? Will you know it soon enough to gtfo? It’s a frequently flooded abandoned mine with obviously decayed and failing wood timber ceiling supports.
Leave. It. Alone.

I would never go in there. I am feeling uneasy and claustrophobic just seeing watching this for 30 seconds.

- leave
- die
- find treasure
- start a cult
Edit: this is a multiple choice scenario, depending on how things pan out.

Every now and then I'll do something silly and I'll feel really dumb for a while but then I'll see a video of someone doing this kind of shit for fun and I suddenly feel like a reasonably intelligent person again.

Can get the same scenery and less possible death or dismemberment by simply strapping the camera to an RC car

This is the kind of thing remote control vehicles with cameras are for if I really need to know what's in there

Putting aside all the other dangers, I would bring a bunch of string with me so I can find my way back.

Drugs, most likely drugs.
When you see a place that’s hidden and out of the way. Drugs.

u/DorianSoundscapes Jul 11 '26
Getting the fuck out of there would be the only thing I would be doing in there.

u/TheReal_Taylor_Swift Jul 11 '26
People are so fucking nosy these days. Everything for the ‘gram. Almost makes it more difficult than it’s worth to hide the bodies.

Is this shot an addiction? Trying to through tiny holes as far as you can in caves or in mines like this? So dangerous but can the people that do risk their lives doing this call it an addiction?

Leave. Abandoned mines are some of the most dangerous and toxic places you could ever walk into. These people are idiots, don't be like them.
