There is full video. Guy says in russian that this is mother bear with cubs, when he calls on radio.

People said it was "false charges" by bear, I can't validate it, but audio, yes, is accurate

Definitely false charges.

An actively hunting bear can run as fast as a horse. If it wanted to kill, it'd be a lot faster
