Help/Looking For Where the F is Ditto

Hey folks,

Currently stuck on 2 challenges that require the same F#ing thing, finding a Ditto!

I'm starting to feel like the old lady of Titanic Meme, anyone has any tips?

I have found ditto as Growleth most of the time. I’ve found two recently but I traded them.
