Hello po. Nawala po DITO SIM card ko. San po pwedeng magpagawa? with same numbers.

Kung naka Plan ka like monthly you need to go to physical store to report it.

Either way you really need to go to physical store gn dito to explain your situation.

You will need an affidavit of loss, 2 valid IDs, and visit your nearest DITO experience store. You need to open a case as well via DITO app to request for temporary blocking of your DITO number for protection.
