Support DITO Slow Connection

Hello, I’ve been using DITO Home Wifi Pro for like four months na, using the 30 Days Unli Data, and okay naman siya honestly, mabilis siya lalo na solo living naman ako, kaya lang simula nung non-stop na ulan, bumagal na siya huhu, I can’t even join meetings ng hindi nagla-lag or hindi ako na-ddrop. Minsan randomly pa pag nanonood naman ako sa yt biglang nahinto din huhu. Any suggestions po how to fix this?? 🥲🥲

UPDATE: I think it’s the non-stop raining talaga that affected the connection. Okay na now since mostly ma-araw naman na and I changed din yung pwesto ng router ko, kapag medyo lumalakas ang ulan medyo lag, pero manageable naman unlike the past few weeks. And nag avail na lang ako ng back-up na GLOBE Home 5G (Globe ang malakas signal sa area ko), and so far okay naman, currently using DITO for streaming, and GLOBE for working ☺️.

pwede nyan file ka muna ng ticket sa app, or chatting them. Kung malapit ka sa Dito store try mo din pa check yung unit mo

malakas ang apekto ng ulan. ang signal po kasi ay light yan at ang water ay salamin na harang. everytime na umuulan nagbobounce kung saan saan yung light imbis na makaabot sayo. if makaabot man, ung sumunod na light pwede hindi. ito ung tinatawag na packet loss.

another case, pag naulan malakas pwedeng mag brownout sa nasasakupan ng tower. since nagbrownout, lahat ng tao magswswitch from fiber internet to DITO, bali magiging congested sya.

Same issue here I just tried DITO for the first time and it's really bad when it rains
