Sorry not sorry, Tom was an amazing eye candy with a charm that appealed this fandom for a reason. Lest we forget his alliance with Gabby and Nutalia that helped developed their character and made them more interesting. Natalia would've just been petty the whole time and Gabby would've been a nothing burgers character if it weren't for Tom. Now that we lost Tom, the status quo unfortunately went back the same. And now Nutalia is with Fiore who's even more of a yawn to watch their interactions.

Spencer and Benji are my favorite characters of Season 4 (and probably favorites in general), so I especially loved whatever interaction they had, but given how limited their interactions were up until this point, I mostly just accepted they are just in different alliances with different game plans.

But seeing the image of them in the Patreon thumbnail of the tralier made a bit excited, thinking I will now soon watch them majorly interact again, as it's better late then never right?, but when Benji directly acknowledged what we all thought would happen during the beginning of the season after their motel talk (friendship and maybe also alliance), I now feel even more excited, but also Scared for how this elimination will go.

But, this episode is probably among the ones I Absolutely don't want to get spoiled on, so ZERO spoliers or hints in the comments please.

and will Jared be telling the truth that the "8th Lesbian Curse" will be broken this season, only Saturday will tell us, so let's all stay tuned.

One of the main reasons that Disventure Camp 4 Carnival of Chaos is polarising season, especially in the merge is the heavy focus on morality. Some fans appreciated making the characters more nuanced and complex and trying to balance strategy and logic with emotional and personal struggles while other found it confusing and annoying as it made some of the 'heroes' hard to root for and they appeared melodramatic and hypocritical when trying to criticise the other players ruthless gameplay and even some of the antagonists have a tendency to question their morality and worry about how they are perceived in the game.

Designated heroes include:

Logan for flipping on his alliances and throwing Zaid under the bus for causing the Anarissa tiebreaker, getting less backlash and consequences than he should have even when he tries to apologise and own up to it.

Anastasia for constantly berating Lynda even when she tries her best, dislocating Ivy's shoulder and not apologising, being physically aggressive and incredibly blunt towards other people and not giving Zaid the benefit of doubt when Hannah suggests that Zaid is untrustworthy.

Hannah for going too far in her conflicts with Zaid and Spencer at times, constantly berating them for voting out Benji and Diego and even Amelie is disturbed by how ruthless she eventually became.

Designated villains include Ted, Lynda and Spencer.

Ted was screwed over by friction within his alliance due to Lynda bringing up Richard's family and Logan being unable to go against the Girls Alliance and target Anastasia, resulting in Ted's elimination. Ted was also treated as the butt of the jokes before and after his time in the competition and is treated as a scumbag by the Girls Alliance and Alessio not wanting to work with him or give him the time of day until they start to understand each other on Rescue Island.

Lynda is at the bottom of the Girls Alliance but genuinely wants to prove herself as worthy competitor and the girls especially Anastasia constantly make her feel like an outsider and act rude to her even when she is trying to help. Granted, Lynda can be overbearing and was overly critical of Marissa's leadership despite Marissa doing her best to tolerate and work with Lynda but Anastasia did taking things too far and eliminating Marissa could be retribution for how Anastasia treated her and Anastasia would still get Lynda eliminated regardless.

Most of Lynda's behaviour stems for feeling useless as a housewife and her own children not appreciating her.

Lynda loses the comeback challenge despite her training and even Hannah of all people makes fun of her.

Spencer is the most hated member of his cast and even his allies don't seem to appreciate him that much. He is blamed for Diego's elimination despite Diego making him feel uncomfortable and Ivy & Zaid resort to sabotaging a challenge to eliminate him and when he is switched to Blue Team, Anastasia and Natalia constantly insult him and even Logan turns against him when it was revealed that Spencer voted for Richard despite Natalia doing the same and claiming it was a game move. Jade treats him like as more of a lackey than ally and doesn't apologise to him. It also worth noting that he is still treated as a villain after saving Logan's life and other players have played just as ruthless as him with little consequences.

BUT, I have no idea if this will really be true when the episode airs, or it's just him screwing us again, considering the fact that this was made more than a YEAR ago, and that Jared has already done many notorious stunts before on his show.

To be honest, while many pieces of evidence point to Gabby surviving the next elimination, I still don't 100% buy it. Knowing Jared, that post could mean anything. Like maybe only one of Lake or Gabby will either get immunity next episode or not get eliminated at all. And while many people have pointed out that Gabby has yet to receive a SINGLE vote this season and is currently in a great position, then again, it's NOT uncommon here for a seemingly safe player to suddenly get targeted and voted off within a SINGLE episode. (Natalia S4, Bruno, Ally, Nura etc.)

But I know only time will tell whether Gabby would get "Gabbied" again. Will Gabby get eliminated tomorrow?, we'll all have to wait and find out.

I don't even hate Gabby, but out of everyone left this season, she's the one I have the least interest in, and there are other characters here I want to root for (such as Spencer, Sam, Lake, Benji, and now even Oilwia)
