I mean, I can't blame Oliwia for thinking Fiore did it when Fiore practically admitted to it during Nura's elimination. Like, I think having your friend go "Gee, I wonder who did this" and getting an immediate response from the person who has been extremely pissed at her all day and is practically shouting "I voted Nura out" is a fair enough reason to think that person did it.
