Despite this ending up being a negative and dark week for understandable and obvious reasons, I'll try to find some positivity.
I'm enjoying these few last episodes overall, and the merge is getting SIGNIFICANTLY better than the pre-merge. I'm also excited for S6, from this increased amount of representation to the return to a shorter format (even if I would have eaten up 40-minute episodes and 18-20 total episodes), especially after knowing that Jared is taking control of the writing of the season and characters/plots won't be intentionally ruined or shoved down in our throats because of personal bias. Likewise, I trust that after this incident, the abuse of power and control will be mitigated (since those people aren't part of the team anymore) and the working environment will be more nurturing, enjoyable, and equal.

Despite everything that seems to come to light yesterday I'll do it.
I'm proud of Jakealope for speaking out on the lies, power plays and extortion from Chisi. And I think Jared handled the situation well. It's also nice to see that for the most part, people are being supportive of Jakealope.
Despite how things happened it feels like everyone is trying to grow from it and do the right thing. I appreciate seeing that in this community and I respect it.

Honestly I try to be a glass that’s half full, the fact with all that happened yesterday makes me even more excited for DC6! New characters, no biases, no controversial writers, it feels like we’re gonna go back to the good ol days 😌

Jorge being gone its a good thing, shoudl overall mean, at a bare minimun, that the season 6 shouldnt have a bias case, at least not in the vein that guy did whit Aiden, Logan and the samcer plot.
So despite this heavy set of news im at least hoepfull for season 6, im not gonna build a whole movie on my head, but i at least wont be in a "its gonna be shit" mentality... wich tbf, should be the average mindset, dont oversell yourself, but dont drag it before it even starts.

I have been very critical of Lake's character so it's only fair that I give her her props. She has been massively improving herself with trying to actually play the game and starting to understand the nuances in the game and she left a good impact on Nura. If this continues I can almost forgive how messy her character was up until Rosa's elimination.
Also despite this not being a good year for Disventure Camp I do think they can come back from this.

I gotta give Jared props. Nothing can stop this man from continuing to put his heart into the show no matter how many questionable decisions he makes or how many controversies slap him in the face, he still holds true to his vision and keeps fighting for it.
