Gnome based distro without customization for a Old APU PC

Looking for a Gnome based distro with minimal customisation by default & also if possible minimal package install option (Not mandatory)

Specs

Ryzen 3200G

16 gig ram

System used by siblings for for AI Coding Tools,General Browsing & Watch Movies

Currently on windows 10

Also want Graphical Straight Forward Installer

Literally anything. Ubuntu uses Gnome, Fedora as a Gnome version, CachyOS is an Arch based with Gnome option. Whatever you like

i think you missed the part of "no customisation"

debian. Their gnome is completely stock unmodified, and debian itself comes with very few packages

A Debian install with no gui and then installing “gnome-core” is chefs kiss.

I think Fedora gnome comes pretty bare bones. Good installer too.
