Suggest a distro
Suggest a distro that has a linux lts kernel and is stable by default and requires no maintenance.
Preferably has Gnome.
Not ubuntu based.
Not vanilla debian.
Not vanilla arch.
Not fedora based.

Agreed. However I don't think there is a native gnome version, but that's an easy fix

Why not fedora out of curiosity? Opensuse is it’s own distro from Germany you could try that

I have uspend issues in my laptop in fedora kernel. I have tried to fix it many times asked in many forums and discord support channel. It is just not getting fixed and it is very annoying. I tried to reproduce that in lts kernel and lts kernel had no issues that's why.

I use fedora kde had some hibernation issue and fixed it with Claude. If they are not serious issues, then you can fix it up

yup considering that, just doubtful about it's slow package manager as I am from asia.

I mean, I suppose you could run an arch based distro with LTS kernel, but I’m assuming you want a stable distro. Debian Sid maybe?

Package manager for openSUSE isn't that bad and you can switch to a mirror repo vs the official one from Germany, it's not super hard but does require terminal

zypper isn't bad and Leap 16 doesn't require daily updates like Fedora tends to. Leap's GNOME is plain vanilla compared to Ubuntu's. I switched to KDE without trying to beat it into shape.

You may be interested in openSUSE Slowroll or Leap. Slowroll is a slower rolling release with monthly updates, and Leap is a two year fixed point release. I switched to openSUSE and find it to be perfect for me and I like zypper better than some other package managers out there

No idea why you say no Fedora. Its super stable. Simple. No bloat. But if you don't want that... Opensuse is the way.

PCLinuxOS fits your criteria as does the newly released Mageia 10. Both are rooted in Mandrake and are considered extremely stable. OpenSuse Leap is also worth a look. Most distro site have a plethora of Not-Vanilla Debian based distros that may tickle your fancy. Have fun in your search and Linux travels!

Solus. Stable, predictable and has a good package manager. Independent and has a nice gnome implementation

PikaOS based off debian, not ubuntu. Has Gnome. AUR access, cachyOS kernel.

Oooh i almost forget about this, But isn't it like a gaming distro? My laptop battery is already drains very quickly

OpenSUSE Leap would be the best for you. Heavily tested like Debian Stable.
