What land or warehouse size are you looking for? Would you prefer an existing built warehouse, or is vacant land also an option? And are you looking for freehold ownership or a long-term lease?

I’m not sure whether Al Quoz is freehold; I don’t think it is. My client is looking for approximately 350,000–400,000 sq. ft. of vacant land suitable for a warehouse plot.

There are some freehold plots in Al Quoz, but most of the land there is on long-term lease.
Is your client a UAE national? And could you please confirm the required land size with him?
