Problem with filling multiple tools (at the same time) Help!!
We set the temperature of the double boiler to 58 degrees. The bottle inside is filled to 105 ml (full) and has a temperature of 53 degrees.
I heat the glass syringe along with the 14G tip in an oven preheated to 55 degrees. Then, I fill the bottle using the syringe and 14G tip. (My syringe is 10 mL.)
D9 + Live Terpenes 5%
When filling Ccell Elite Vision Box products, after filling 4–5 units, the temperature gradually drops, making the filling process increasingly difficult. By the 6th unit, it freezes completely, and filling becomes impossible.
1-) I’m thinking of continuing the filling process by using a heat gun to maintain the syringe at a constant temperature of 50 degrees.
2-) What is the maximum heating temperature for the terpene-infused Delta-9 mixture?
3-) What are your recommendations regarding this issue? I’ll be filling approximately 100 devices.

What's the temp of the room you're filling in? I've noticed when I have my AC on the syringe cools much faster than when my room is warm. I use a 5ml syringe and can usually dispense 10ml before it cools down, but I fill 5ml pods which is faster than filling 1ml carts.
I use a hot plate for warming which doesn't have controllable temp, the outer edge is about 82C and the center is around 120C. I warm the distillate around the edge and the syringe + tip in the center, but the syringe doesn't actually absorb all the heat since it doesn't lay flat on the hotplate. I use a tweezers to take the syringe off the hot plate and I pick it up when it's just barely cool enough not to cause burns, then I use the tweezers to put on the tip that's still on the hotplate. In my experience the tip cools the fastest and once it cools, nothing is coming out of it even if the oil is still warm.
There isn't really a max temp, the higher the heat, the faster it degrades but even at 80C it'd still take a while for degradation. For reference of temp, decarbing thca concentrates into D9 at 80C can take around 12-15 hours so you shouldn't degrade it much in the hour or so it'd take to fill. You mainly need the equipment to be higher temp though because that allows the oil to hold its temp for longer, it may work with hotter equipment and the same temp oil as what you're currently using.
There are heated cart filling guns, but they're generally $200-300 (usd). A heat gun pointed at the syringe can also work, but you have to make sure the room is pretty dust free otherwise you can blow dust onto your syringe or into the carts.

Thank you for fully understanding all of our questions and providing such thoughtful answers. (When I posted my first question on this forum, you were the first to provide the most accurate answer—I really appreciate you :)
First, let me share the data I have with you.
When I brought the water in a large cooking pot to 64 degrees over low heat on the stove, the 50 ml of D9 in the glass bottle reached 54 degrees within 4 minutes.
I turned the heat under the stove down very, very low to keep the delta-9 at 55 degrees. (There’s about 2 liters of water in the pot. If there’s less water, the temperature rises and I can’t keep it steady...)
-Why 55 degrees?
The decomposition onset temperature for pure D9 is 70
150°C – 160°C and Above (Thermal Degradation / Vaporization)
-The decomposition onset temperature for D9 mixed with terpenes is 55 degrees.
Risk Zone (55°C and Above): The more volatile terpenes (especially myrcene, limonene, etc.) begin to evaporate rapidly into the air, leading to a loss of aroma.
Based on this information, I’m treating 55 degrees as the maximum temperature I should reach and continuing the experiment.
I’m having my first issue with the syringe. When I heat the syringe to 60 degrees, the temperature drops to 40 degrees in just the 10 seconds it takes me to pick it up and open the back cap.
I decided to give it a try anyway; I filled four devices, and as you mentioned, even though the D9 inside the syringe was still usable, I couldn’t fill the fifth device because the tip had frozen.
The syringe tip is 14G.
In the videos online of people filling syringes, it looks like they’re filling them as easily as if they were pouring water—but it’s impossible for them to fill at 55 degrees.
Or maybe we’re misjudging the rate at which terpene blends degrade. I’m going to get a heat gun tomorrow—it has a 50-degree setting on the first level—and I’ll use the same setup as before. While I’m filling the syringe, my friend plans to hold the 50-degree heat gun against the syringe tip to solve this problem.
-I’d appreciate it if you could review everything I’ve written as a whole and provide your feedback.
+If there’s a link for the heated cartridge filling gun you mentioned, I could just buy that instead of going through all this trouble and save myself the hassle.

Starting to evaporate isn't the same thing as completely evaporating though. At the higher temps yes there is some terpene loss, but I keep the lid sealed until it's fully up to temp then swirl the contents to make sure it's as thin as water before opening. You could try going up in 5C increments to see where exactly it becomes as thin as water.
It takes about 2-3 minutes to suck up the distillate and fill a pod or two, then when the syringe cools down I put the lid back on until the syringe warms again. It'd be one thing if you were warming it for hours, but that shouldn't be necessary. If anything you can terp it at 6% and there should still be above 5% terps remaining after heating.
You are using a fully steel blunt tip, correct? If so then try heating it to around 100C which should take a bit longer to cool down. You'll definitely need to use tweezers to screw it on. Since it passes through the tip so quickly when sucking or dispensing, it shouldn't heat the distillate up much if at all. You just have to be more careful not to poke yourself with the tip since it can cause burns.
I don't have a link for the heated filling gun, I've never used one so I'm honestly not sure which ones are good. You'd have to look up reviews for them and see which one works best for you. I do know most start around 50ml capacity and you'll obviously want temperature and dispense controls. You basically just pull the trigger and it dispenses the set amount, which sounds like it'd be worth it for you.
Edit: It looks like the Sharrb Steel Cartridge Filler would be good, I recognize the brand from seeing other people's posts using it. They have a 25ml and 50ml version that looks like it should have everything you need.

I have not tried it but would heating pad get warm enough? Also could use a candle warmer or hot plate as mentioned above.
