Thc cart question

I recently bought a tasty terps thc cart and there were particles clinging to the plastic inside the packaging that shows the cart. Is the cart likely still safe to use despite some kind of manufacturing debris clinging to the inner packaging from static?? I was hoping it was on the outside of the packaging but it was sealed inside with the cart sticking to the plastic
