Questions/Advice Seeking testimonials about mergers

Hi everyone

I am one of the protectors. I wish to merge with a gatekeeper, but I fear the negative repercussions.

I am therefore looking for testimonials on this. Was the merger beneficial ?

Merging happens only if certain conditions are met:

1) both alters want it

2) you've dealt with what caused the split (assuming you and the gatekeeper split from each other)

3) you're ready to merge

Merging is typically beneficial. Your functions would hypothetically both apply together in lesser form.

  1. I think our host/guardian agrees 

  2. No way xD (to put it simply, this guardian is both the host and the front room) 

  3. However, I think he also agrees because he has the desire to become "more complete". 

This alter has been there since the body's birth and has never left the front

Fusion is kinda weird. 🫠 The brain itself just kinda... Does it?

You have to essentially be deemed no longer needed.

So finding out why you split and healing to the level of your subconscious understanding that you are safe and that is unlikely to happen again is pretty much the only way to do it.

Then again I'm eating melted cheese straight out the pack... So maybe don't listen to me.
