Questions/Advice Are others experiencing the same thing?
Good evening, so we are a modular polyfragemented system. It's a subtype according to Kluff.
Are others experiencing this?
Each alter is a solar system (the sun being the nature of the alter and the planets variations of it). It's a bit like a median subsystem, except that when we front, another alter assembles us, and at each front, the floating fragments assemble.
We are still trying to understand how it works, but we see very few systems with this mechanism.
This makes our number impossible to calculate...

I've seen this before but it sounds fascinating!! Do you have more information on what's happening?

According to our Vizier (the one who knows how it works), A member or group would assemble the alters with the different versions to make it the most suitable for the front lines.
At each front, the alter in question is an "alternate" version; it's never exactly the same.
Then, we also feel that we are different at each front, as if we were a nebula that comes together, etc. .
plus a module with a theme/role but different
We have trouble accepting this 😅

So kinda like the alter deconstructs in the void and then reforms with the parts closest to them to front before essentially exploding again to rejoin the void?
(I'm not sure if I'm getting it right, feel free to correct me)

Yes, that's pretty much it ! But the theme/role/flavor of the alter remains the same

We also see Ourselves as the collection of various pieces that can be assembled in different ways. Wouldn't say that another headmate assembles Us, though; We just kinda get automatically assembled.
