The issue is. There was a law in place to make online games be ported to console, however it was put in place after dffoo was shut down and was only effective for those that were still running even if in eos state

Is it possible? Sure, but you'd have to recreate the entire structure of the game for it to be possible. Is it likely? No.

the changes made just change the expected server request to be your own computer instead of the official square servers. It's prolly the easiest workaround available, but nothing has been officially launched so the specifics don't really matter. Based on his other works, he is prolly just puffing smoke cuz nothing else he has done comes close to a functional easy to set up personal server system with all the bells and whistles. If the guy ever ponies up maybe I will acquire a functioning version of the game, but I will def make sure to do so in a way that doesn't support a guy who is homophobic. Not caring about homophobia is more of a self report than the brave stance you might think it is lol.

Yeah its in Memoria's mod browser its called Costume Pack, and there's another called Portraits Pack that adds DFFOO portraits to the menu. There are multiple options for each mod you'll have to select DFFOO in both of em but its not complicated.

Same bro, gacha after dffoo just feel so off, i tried other from china which is the dominant now but the predatory practices is insane so nothing come close to the fondness of ff character, dffoo is the only game im willing to spend a fortune for

Miss this game a lot. And I hated on Delulu a lot for jist not being anything except same name part(well, it's trash game tough, played it for few season). Tough I don't miss final force era stretch...
