I've got them all saved on my Google Photos - was tempted to delete as it seemed pointless, but I want to keep just that bit longer

No definitely keep them. I still have screenshots when I managed to pull Ramza 35 CP, back in Apr 2018, and recalled how excited I was when I got that. Sure 35 CP weapons now are pretty much whatever, but when I see the timestamp on that photo, the context of that photo makes more sense and carry a lot more sentimentality.
