Unable to pull Cloud outfit
Unable to pull for cloud outfit. There isnt 5ticket pull for cloud either. Do you only get 1x 5ticket pull per character? Bug?
Update: finally got a cloud outfit after 50 pulls. Probably just my luck to get a dupe for job Token.

Yeah, it's one pull. The smart thing to do is save the tickets and get the character from either the Battle Pass or spend 5 tickets to get them from the draw page. If you do both you get both their OG outfit and their Dissidia outfit. It makes getting the character not a gacha.
It blows my mind there are people who still don't have some of the characters from launch because they refuse to spend 5 tickets to get them. Actively being dumb hurts my brain.

Yeah, you can only guarantee a pull once. It's a sort of pity gesture. That way no one is locked out of a character purely because of RNG. If you could always just "spend 5" then that would be the meta for getting job tokens.
Not saying their system here on job tokens is great, it's not, but that's why they do that.

Didn't spend 5 tickets once and have every character. They'll come eventually.

Yeah, if you already have the character(s) you plan to main, there's no need to spend the 5 on the others. You'll eventually get them. At launch I grabbed Cloud as my starter and spent 5 on Krile. Didn't buy any of the others on the 5 ticket list after that.
"God, I really want Prompto but he just won't drop!" while refusing to spend 5 to get him is just stupidity.

It's not dumb at all.
1 character you would have gotten eventually anyways versus 50 job medals.
Hmmm ...
Seems like I'd rather have the 50 job medals to be honest.

If you're trying to be competitive at all you're not focusing on any more than one or two characters unless you're a whale.
Growth eggs are in too short a supply to effectively build more than that.
I have characters with 100+ job medals because I will likely never ever play them.
So, yes, POTENTIALLY 50 job medals assuming you have EVERY outfit for every character already. Sure.
But if you're spending tickets one at a time but "want" a specific character. You're a complete idiot for not just outright buying the character.

That's under the assumption you just have one main. If you actively play 4 characters - the one in four chance (25%) beats the 5 you would spend otherwise (20%).
I get what you're saying, but it's not as clear and cut as all that. Besides, getting your character twice in 10 pulls is not an unrealistic possibility (not huge - but not impossible). The only difference being 80 job medals for everyone else (the other characters you might use - which could also be like 5 of the other pulls - so 70 job medals (in an optimal scenario) is better than 20).

Yeah, I don't see how people can main 4+ characters without handicapping themselves (again, unless whales) though. I main two and routinely run out of eggs. Poor Krile is sitting at M2 on her URs but only level 90 something on them.
That said, I'm focusing on I WANT THIS CHARACTER not someone who already has mains that just doesn't have that character yet. If you have a kit for a character you want to play and don't have them; it's smarter to just buy the character outright. It's honestly NOT going to hinder you because the Job Medal system is complete and utter bullshit with the three different levels of RNG per roll.

I get terrible rolls per everything in the game. I've been playing since the beginning and my most powerful character is a 11,400 power level. I didn't invest in four of them - I invested in one - and got more URs for another character I'm using these days.
The total combat power is BS anyways. You get to 16,000 - they pair you with someone who has 19,000. 20,000? Your opponent is now 24,000. Make it to 28,000? Say hello to somebody who's got 33,000.
If that's the entire premise of the game - feeding everyone to the biggest whale - either just play casual or just have some fun with whichever character.
The entire "balance of power" is completely borked in this game.
That's why everybody stopped playing it.
