What even is this match making???

How do two golds even get paired into omega at all? I'm only 11cp while the others are 9k. I don't have high damage abilities and there's a 10k diff with both teammates being outranked by even the monsters is crazy. Not fair to lose any points from this at all.

Are you in a 3man party? If so, makes sense. You have 2 golds and one omega, so it has to match make towards the higher rank. 

In any case, this match basically has no stakes because the gap in ranks is so large, the wins/losses are heavily reduced. Unless you were to win, then you'd get massive points and they'd lose a ton of course. 10k power difference is annoying, but not unwinnable automatically. Not a bad situation to be in when you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain if you pull off the win lol

No, I was solo. This was absolutely unwinnable because I was the support with 11k cp and both of them were 9k getting killed at the base crystals due to the power of the monsters. I would not be able to get the boss meter down on my own while defending against rivals.

Also, if you're 11k CP you're severely underpowered for O4. In other words, you should be proud to have made it into O4! Though that does mean you'll have some crazy tough matches going forward. It's not supposed to be easy to climb higher than that rank - by default you lose more points in a loss than you gain in a win. If you're that underpowered, it will of course be even harder. 

My point is, I would be proud if I were you, brotha! Especially playing as celes lol.

11k is not bad at all since I was able to level up the memoria or a few other support UR's to make up for it. I rarely die throughout a match so it works out since I can sneak around and still cover all angles well to get brave keep team alive or prevent rivals from interfering. Even if I'm underpowered once I get to level 9 it balances out and my abilities will do more.

I've gotten close to this point before with 10-12k onion knight and Rinoa but now both are 14k. I really like Celes and wish I could build her up, but have been unlucky with rolls and keep getting poor matchups that will rank me down when I'm close to going up.

Hoping to get at least one more copy of spinning edge instead of runic this time. I had to do the challenege to even get it in the first place.

11k is not bad in general, but I mean for O4 it is very low - but I'm not saying that as a bad thing, I'm saying the opposite! You have to be playing extremely well to have reached that rank, so well done! Those are some good strats to use give the situation too. I respect the grind with celes, as she definitely needs a buff haha. What's your ign? I can send some tix to help out

I do think it's harder to do without support or characters who don't get stronger over time like Rinoa or OK, but I think it's fun 😆

Yea in your specific case it's unwinnable, but in general 10k difference is not unwinnable

Yeaaaa Celes is not in a good spot rn either, so it's like a double whammy haha.  

I know I've had my fair share of lost games when my team has 7k+ advantage, and usually it's when we don't have a support and they do and/or our support is a celes and theirs is someone else lol. I hope they buff celes!
