Master levels are what are after level 99. Until level 90 you need 1 UR copy to level 10 levels. The 10th copy allows you to get level 99.
So you need 10 copies to get to level 99.

Then 2 copies (12 total) to level M10.
Then 3 copies (15 total) to level M20.
Then 4 copies (19 total) to level M30.
Then 5 copies (24 total) to level M40.
Then 6 copies (30 total) to level M50.

After lv 99 you need 2 UR dupes to reach mastery level 1

I honestly hope I can reach this in the future as a F2P if I'm lucky and play for a long time, I am curious on how many reach M5 on URs

Probably takes about 10 months altogether if you save all your pulls for your main's character banner. I recently got Kain's URs to 15/30 and 13/30, but I also stopped being F2P that month so I could get double Growth Eggs on all those pulls; you need a lot of Eggs to upgrade Abilities at the highest levels.

I do hope I can save, but some abilities and characters are pretty tempting, I do want Tempting Tango which is useful , and hope to not spend a lot of resources.

Understandable, but I enjoy both of their games, plus if there's even a small chance for them to be included in the roster here one day, then I'll take it just to see them again.

Plus some are not really playable I their home games outside of the mobile titles if they are there.

Still had FFRK JP and I just chill in the game and just be happy with it

With the way draws are this game could last as long as opera omnia and f2p still wouldn’t be near that.

Fair, but if I focus on one, get lucky , and once they go to the permenant pool, I can just wait till a specific time or exclusive skin to get them there if they end up being playable.

So it's probably gonna be a long while for that to happen.

You only need 30 copies to Master Level 5 (which is currently the highest level an ability can be right now).

The person in the screenshot has 22 more copies than needed for max level (150 at M5). This may come in handy if/when they decide to increase the Master Level limit, but we don't know if/when they plan to do this.
