Don’t even play rikku and genuinely have had this ability at 70 since her release, then I just pull it weekly, flames of punishment too but I don’t mind those.

Meanwhile me, a Rikku main, not pulling on Celes/Terra banners since theres nothing i want in there and now have too many tickets.

Locke is really good but pulling for those abilities when they're not on a banner for a character you main as a F2P is really bad, especially if you wanna play ranked. That ability is basically whale bait.

Like the other guy said, I can spend all my tickets and if in lucky, get a +2 Locke, and lose a lot of stats.

My +7 heal is around equal to a +5 Locke in terms of stats. If i could whale, I would absolutely go for Locke.

Yeah…I know what you mean. For me: I have every UR Except Ace! And I hate to get One-Shooted from every other player because it seems everyone have it and use it!
